Covered porch, facing south, overlooking the Sierra de Cabo de Gata. The porch, slightly higher than the rest of the common areas, offers a special position for the sunrise and the moon. It invites one to linger during the afternoon following the evolution of shadows of the ravines and crests of the mountains. It is accessed by going up 4 steps. |

Equipment
All the houses in The Cortijo La Molina have similar equipment. At the end of this section, the special equipment of each house is specified:
Provision in all houses: bedding, towels; washing machine, sink, gas cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, crockery and cutlery, utensils; iron and board, drying rack; TV.
Baby crib, temporary beds: we have two baby cribs with linens. Ask about temporary beds.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe. All houses have a table and chairs on the porch. There are mosquito nets on all the windows.
Hot water comes from solar energy, with backup electrical support.
Porch: All houses have a porch with outdoor table and chairs.
Upon arrival you will find hand soap and toilet paper; kitchen cloths, diswashing liquid and scourers; napkins and kitchen towels; salt, spices, five liters of drinking water and half a liter of Arbequina organic oil of our own production.
Interior temperature: The houses, like the exterior, maintain a gentle temperature d uring most of the year.
In summer, the permanent Cape breeze and the annual white washing of walls and terraces are enough to keep things cool. If necessary, there are fans.
For the short winter there are stoves or wood fireplace (depending on the house), and electri c radiators in bedrooms and bathroom.

- Wood stove. Firewood is included in the price.
